All payments are due as per the agreed invoice or contract. Rezonx Tech reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments and suspend services until payment is received.
All content, designs, source code, and materials provided by Rezonx Tech are the intellectual property of the company or its licensors unless otherwise agreed. Clients will retain rights to assets delivered as specified in the service agreement.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business, technical, or client-related information shared during the engagement. This obligation continues after the termination of services.
Rezonx Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for breach of these Terms or other valid reasons. You may also terminate the service agreement by providing written notice as per the contract terms.
